The focus for today is The Mascara.
The Mascara is a cosmetic used to enhance the eyes. It may darken, thicken, lengthen, and/or define the eyelashes.
I was writing a post last night when someone said, "It is wrong to apply Mascara on your lower lashes." and I thought to myself, "That's a first! Never heard that before."I checked some articles this morning and I saw that different people have different views about this lower lashes and mascara issue.
